Us Constitution The United States Constitution is highly regarded as the most important set of legal rights that the nation has ever composed. For many, the United States Constitution serves as the very fiber to which they live their lives. They are forever thankful that our forefathers had sat down and come up with the Constitution that we find our selves referring to quite so frequently. The Constitution is probably one of the first set of laws that one is taught as they grow up to appreciate the rights of the Constitution. But that never stops the influence of the Constitution. The United States Constitution affects a child’s life as soon as they take their very first breath into the earth. The United States Constitution is the firm foundation to which they were raised. The Constitution is the very reason that they may be raised in the fashion to which they will be brought up. The United States Constitution is the highest law ever in the United States. The Constitution works to define the relationship between the governing of the states. Additionally, the Constitution also largely defines the relationship between the individuals that inhabit this nation.

1. One of the most important things to note about the United States Constitution is the fact that it explains the three levels of government to which is responsible for running the country. The United States Constitution defines both branches of Congress, the executive branch that is led by the cabinet, as well as the judicial branch that is led by the Supreme Court. It is important that the Constitution touches on this aspect, so that everyone knows the role that all three are to play. The United States Constitution is important in letting everyone know the role that they play so that there is no discrepancy as to how a particular governmental duty is being carried out. That way the citizens know the powers that they hold, as well as those that choose to serve in those vital roles.

2. The United States Constitution was created on September 17, 1787. The Constitution does an excellent job at covering the gamut of what is important to the people of the land. One of the most fundamental aspects of the Constitution is the fact that it touches upon the rights of the people in the section called the Bill of Rights. The United States Constitution defines the freedoms of the people that live in this great land.
