The 2nd Amendment can be found within the pages of the United States Constitution. More specifically, the 2nd Amendment can be found in a section of the United States Constitution called the Bill of Rights. The 2nd Amendment is one of the twenty-seven Amendments that are found in the Bill of Rights. The 2nd Amendment was so eloquently given its name because it was the second amendment to be added to the Bill of Rights. Each Amendment, including the 2nd Amendment, were written in order to most accurately compile the rights that the people of the United States should have. The Second Amendment is a part of a compilation of the most important governing values to the American people. The Second Amendment is a part of a rich history that defines the freedoms that are entitled to all in the nation. Just like all the Amendments, the Second Amendment has been passed down for many generations in attempt to make a better quality of life for all. The Second Amendment was created in order to ensure that people had the freedoms that they needed, still lending way for everyone’s happiness and acceptance.

1. The 2nd Amendment was created in order to give the people of the United States the right to bear arms. The Second Amendment was input into the United States Constitution on December 15, 1791. The 2nd Amendment allows for the bearing of arms; however, there are state sanctions that have been developed after the Second Amendment that describe the exact firearm laws in your state. Although the Second Amendment may give you the right to bear firearms, there are certain state regulations that strictly define exactly what kind of firearms that you are allowed to bear in that particular jurisdiction.

2. The 2nd Amendment gives us the right to bear arms, but there is also a certain criteria that one must meet in order to bear firearms. There are distinct qualifications that specify exactly what the qualifications are to carry a firearm. The Second Amendment does not define that distinct criteria because it varies from state to state. Under certain circumstances, there are people that do not qualify to bear firearms even though the Second Amendment says that they have the right to do so for several different reasons. For instance, minors and some convicted felons are not eligible to bear firearms.

3. Additionally, even though the 2nd Amendment gives us the right to bear firearms, it is quite clear that this is under certain conditions. Even with the documentation that is found in the Second Amendment, most states in the United States that allow you to bear certain firearms require that you have a license in order to own and carry them.

The First Amendment is the first amendment to ever be added to the United States Constitution. It is a part of the body of work that is now known as the Bill of Rights. The 1st Amendment has been followed by the United States of America since it was first created. The First Amendment was designed in order to see to it that the people pf the nation are always going to be entitled to the freedoms that they need. The 1st Amendment is largely responsible for making sure that there is national order in this country. By giving people the freedoms that they need in the First Amendment, this makes it easier for the nation to avoid potential major conflict to be developed internally. In the 1st Amendment, you are introduced for the first time on this level to the Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Religion, Freedom of the Press, the Freedom to Assemble, and the Freedom to Petition. These First Amendment Rights are the foundation to which are nation is based upon. Without the 1st Amendment, many would be afraid to witness the state of the country. This is why we find ourselves celebrating our thankfulness for the United States Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and last but not least, the First Amendment.

1. By the 1st Amendment being the first amendment of the United States Constitution, it is only the start of the amendments that have been initiated out of the very first draft of the United States Constitution. The 1st Amendment laid the groundwork for what type of fundamental values need to be put in writing, then executed by the United States legal system. The 1st Amendment will always remain to have this double fold importance in the United States of America.

2. The 1st Amendment was also the first amendment to incorporate the relationship as it should be played between the people and the government. The 1st Amendment was the first to set the groundwork by doing so effectively. It was able to really illustrate how it is that the two entities relate. It also lends to the way that the two will still be able to execute their powers, and live together with each other in society. Many look to this amendment in order to define these relationships. For that, and many other reasons, both the people as well as the government will be thankful for the creation and execution of the very first amendment.

There are many Constitutional Amendments that have been carried out throughout the years. These Constitutional Amendments have been recorded for the duty of either adding, deleting a portion of the United States Constitution. Each Constitutional Amendment has served of high importance to the rights and freedoms that we have today. Every Constitutional Amendment affects us all in one way or another. The Constitutional Amendments took place in an effort to see to it that we continue to work to perfect the state of the nation and its governing policies. Each Constitutional Amendment may contain a different ordinance, but that was the intention that was in mind. Every Constitutional Amendment may have had different initiations. A Constitutional Amendment can be enforced on a national level, but a Constitutional Amendment can also be enforced on a state level, as well. Likewise, the Constitutional Amendments are composed in that same fashion. Although there is an extensive process that goes into executing Constitutional Amendments, they are still carried out. These Constitutional Amendments are usually sought after when there is an overwhelming response by the people to initiate such changes before it may even ensue the process that is necessary to get these changes rectified.

1. Each Constitutional Amendment has a distinct purpose, but one of the greatest Constitutional Amendments came not too long after the United States Constitution was first composed. That is the Constitutional Amendment that proclaimed our rights to the freedom of religion, speech, of the press, to assemble, and to petition. This Constitutional Amendment is called the First Amendment. This Constitutional Amendment is the one in which defines the Constitutional rights that everyone refers to the most.

2. Another very important Constitutional Amendment that serves of large importance to many are the Constitutional rights that are proclaimed in the Fifth Amendment. This is one of the Constitutional Amendments in which the rights between the government and the people are defined. This is one of the Constitutional Amendments that clearly defines the procedures that civilians and civil authorities will have. The Fifth Constitutional Amendment is the amendment in which you are explained the rights that you have in regards to the legal system. From the moment that you are brought into legal/ police custody, you never loose your rights. Instead, there are a new set of rights that you have that apply in addition to the ones that you have obtained by way of the First Amendment. And these rights are the way in which the civil authorities and you have in your dealings
