One’s Constitutional rights are the rights that are given to them by way of the United States Constitution. The Constitution of the United States gives people the Constitutional freedoms that they need and deserve. These Constitutional rights stem from the groundwork that the founding fathers of the nation have put into play. The Constitutional rights that the people have are given so that they may live in a society where they are given the justices that they deserve. These Constitutional freedoms were given to us by our forefathers, so it is only right that there are some revisions that need to be made in order to most accurately reflect today’s society. These revisions that have been made to the Constitutional documentation are called Constitutional Amendments. To date, there are twenty seven Constitutional Amendments that have been revised to fit our Constitutional rights. All of these Constitutional Amendments serve a distinct purpose and are important to continue to influence the growth and the development to the nation. As the Constitutional rights continue to touch upon the personal liberties of the people as a whole, that is also going to work in an effort to assist in the growth of the entire nation on many different scales.
1. The Constitutional rights are the rights to which so many in society surround their lifestyles around. Although there are other rights that we have as a people that are not found in any of the Constitutional Amendments, many find these Constitutional laws to be the way in which they have come to shape their lives. As you travel from state to state, there are even Constitutional rights that have been devised by the individual state due to the nature of their importance. That is why it is not unlikely that there are different practices that may take place from state to state, based on the laws that have been initiated, but there are always going to be values based on Constitutional ordinances that are practiced throughout the nation.
2. The Constitutional rights delves into the rights that we have on many areas of the spectrum. In addition to the Constitutional First Amendment that everyone knows and appreciates, there are other Amendments that cover so many important angles of the law that are necessary in order for us to really have the freedoms that we are told that this country was founded upon. This one of the many reasons that these Constitutional rights are imperative to our growth and development as a whole.
